Description

Colour: Vibrant purple red.

Nose: Very fresh with blueberry and raspberry highlights, a medium to full body with abundant soft tannins. Fleshy extract and lovely balance.

Palate: Fresh herbs with hints of chocolate and vanilla oak.

Recommendations: Pairs well with ox cheek stew with smoky paprika and chilli. Chargrilled red meat in a sweet marinade. Matured hard cheeses or sheep cheeses.
